As a RelaDyne company, Mid-Town will expand its value-added services well beyond its original core business of lubricant distribution to include a comprehensive suite of equipment reliability services. Through RelaDyne's field reliability management (FRM) program, Mid-Town will now be able to offer its customers consulting, implementation, and lubrication maintenance services.

Started in 1955, the company provides high-quality products and services to the automotive, commercial, and industrial markets in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, with an inventory of more than 300,000 gallons of product in its two Illinois warehouse facilities. Built on a solid infrastructure, Mid-Town has an established customer base, strategic supply agreements, key long-term employees, industry-leading technology, and a long history of creating lasting value for its customers. In 2009, the company developed an exclusive relationship with Air1, the world's leading diesel exhaust fluid solution, and now serves as the Air1 distributor for Chicago, northern Illinois, northwest Indiana, and southern Wisconsin.
