Oil Distributing Company brings to RelaDyne a wide breadth of passenger car motor oil products, knowledge, and best-in-industry distribution efficiencies. The company is focused on helping customers look for growth in their business and enhancements to their bottom line — from using less product to creating clean systems and more efficient filtration. In 2010, the company secured an exclusive relationship with the world's leading diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) solution, Air1, and is now the Air1 distributor for Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. This relationship will be instrumental in RelaDyne's ability to offer DEF to its customers in any packaging, including bulk delivery.

Started in 1982, Oil Distributing was co-founded in Cincinnati, Ohio, by Dick Oehler and his son, Doug. Over its 28 years of business, the company has grown from 4 to 94 employees, 2 delivery trucks to 38, one location to a second distribution site in Columbus, Ohio, and a third in Indianapolis, Indiana as well as fantastic growth from 200,000 gallons to 7 million gallons of product sold. The company markets its products to the passenger car, heavy duty/transport, and industrial market segments throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. It also has a full-service equipment division and a used oil recycling division. Well-regarded throughout the Midwest, Oil Distributing has been a finalist in the University of Cincinnati's Tri-State Family Business of the Year award program.

Company co-founder and former president Doug Oehler will serve as RelaDyne's Executive Vice President of Distribution, while former Vice President of Sales Dan Oehler joins RelaDyne as Vice President, Sales and Marketing.
