Our machines are capable of flushing with full filtration (1-5 micron) at high velocity to ensure all construction debris, mill-scale, dirt and particulate are removed prior to your system going into operation to ensure a trouble free life of your system. Following our initial flush we follow thru with a system fluid flush (or comparable flushing fluid) and bring your system down to any ISO cleanliness you require for your system. Our process usually takes between 12-24 hours depending on the size of the system. We will advise you prior to our service on the best way to temporarily connect the system for our needs.We will do on site testing followed thru with outside lab verification to satisfy your needs.
