Customer Service Associate
The Dispatcher is the primary contact between the Customers and the Company. The emphasis of this position is ensuring that customer’s needs are met in a prompt and professional manner.
Responsible for supervising drivers, managing fuel inventory, dispatching deliveries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Makes informed decisions on fuel deliveries based on usage and market conditions. Maximizes customer satisfaction and company profits by efficiently managing resources. Proficient in dispatch software and fuel inventory tools.
