Established in 2010 by four industry-leading, family-owned companies based in Cincinnati, OH, Chicago, IL, Sulphur, LA, and Houston, TX, RelaDyne now serves over 10,000 customers across 45 states and 22 countries.
Since its formation, RelaDyne has focused on offering unmatched products and services that improve the reliability and efficiency of its customers’ equipment for increased profitability of their business. RelaDyne has continued to grow through the strategic acquisition of more than 40 additional longstanding, culturally rich, and diverse industry-leaders in the lubricant, fuel distribution, and industrial service segments. Combined with market leading organic growth, RelaDyne has expanded to a national operation serving customers coast-to-coast.
RelaDyne’s growth has been marked by numerous recognitions and achievements from our strategic supplier partners. These awards include receipt of the Chevron Eagle Award since 2018, recognition as a Shell Prestige partner, and recognition as a Phillips 66 Top Tier Marketer, the highest distributor awards for each of these world-class brands.
DuraMAX, RelaDyne’s aftermarket automotive motor oil and related products brand, was recently recognized as the best-selling brand by Quick Lube Operators, according to the 2020 NOLN Fast Lube Operator Survey. RelaDyne also offers a comprehensive suite of reliability services, solidified by the 2019 acquisition of CIRCOR’s Reliability Services business, which more than doubled RelaDyne’s capabilities and offerings in the services industry.
