Management Trainee Overview
The Trainee Program at RelaDyne spans over 18-24 months and focuses on educating you about our products, customers, equipment, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
During this period, you will receive on-the-job training working alongside our branch leadership and be entrusted with delegated responsibilities as you progress in training.
This comprehensive program will equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to become a future leader in Operations, Warehouse, Sales, Reliability Services, or Branch Management.
Throughout your training, you will observe job-specific skills and duties, progressively taking on more responsibilities on a weekly basis.
This multidimensional approach is designed to keep you engaged and to ensure that you retain the necessary information to succeed once you complete the program.
Additionally, you will have regular meetings with our leadership team to discuss your progress, conduct knowledge checks, and review the topics covered during the week.
