Driving Safely
Must operate vehicles safely and responsibly at all times and use the safety equipment provided.
PPE
Must be worn at all times when performing required job task or in designated area.
Lockout/Tag Out
Must be trained and authorized to perform LOTO. No Employee may use or tamper with equipment that has been locked and/or tagged out.
Electricity
Never install, repair, or tamper with electrical equipment unless qualified to do so. Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters required while operating power tools and using extension cords.
Heights
Use fall protection and/or fall prevention devices when working from heights per local, state, and national requirements.
Powered Industrial Vehicles
PIV Operators must be trained, certified and shall abide by all traffic rules.
Confined Space
Identify confined spaces and follow written entry instructions, Only trained and authorized personnel may enter a permit required confined space.
Fire Prevention
Follow proper procedures for handling flammable and combustible liquids. Only trained individuals can perform hot work in designated areas or under a permit.
