Walt Rodgers specializes and leads the efforts in advancing RelaDyne by identifying new markets, increasing market share, managing expenses, increasing productivity and profitability, elevating talent, and creating a base of strong organizational support within RelaDyne. With a Servant Leader style, Walt has created a legacy of helping people and organizations achieve personal and professional excellence, of winning through others.
Prior to joining RelaDyne, Rodgers spent 27 years with Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. During this time, he rose through the ranks of the organization, assuming a variety of management positions with ever-increasing responsibilities. Most recently, he Directed Talent Development for all four of Wolseley’s businesses in the U.S., Canada & Mexico.
Rodgers received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University, as well as completed separate condensed M.B.A and M.B.A/Executive Education programs at the University of North Carolina and University of Virginia, respectively.
