Aaron Scheffler

General Counsel

Aaron Scheffler serves as General Counsel of RelaDyne, overseeing the company’s legal, risk management, and compliance functions while advising senior leadership on strategic business matters.

Aaron began his legal career with Baker & McKenzie LLP in Houston, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities law, and complex business transactions. He later joined Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc., where he advanced to Assistant General Counsel, managing major corporate transactions, securities compliance, litigation, and international contracting.

In 2020, Aaron became General Counsel of Sun Coast Resources and guided the company through its successful sale to RelaDyne in 2023. Since then, he has played a key role in supporting RelaDyne’s continued growth as one of the nation’s leading providers of fuel, lubricants, and industrial reliability services.

Aaron holds a BBA in Finance and Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center.
