In January 2019, RelaDyne purchased the Columbus, Mississippi based company, Dutch Lubricants. This acquisition extends RelaDyne’s geographical footprint and strengthens its existing reach in the Gulf Coast Region.
Dutch Lubricants, established in 1972, is headquartered in Columbus, Mississippi, with distribution centers in Jackson, MS, Tupelo, MS, Columbus, MS, and Birmingham, Alabama. Dutch Lubricants specializes in providing industrial and commercial lubricants as well as a common carrier distribution.
RelaDyne was the perfect fit for us as we looked to divest our lubricants business and focus on our other core businesses. I look forward to the opportunities that RelaDyne brings to our great employees and loyal customers.
