RelaDyne is now offering RelaDyne Express, its online ordering portal, to existing and new customers, giving you, the customer, control of when and how you’d like to order.

No more waiting to place an order during business hours or leaving a voicemail at the office, you’ll now have the capabilities to order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer or mobile device.

Features & Functionalities:

Secure, Real-Time Information. Customers can access their information in a secure, real-time environment. Types of available information include open sales orders, invoices, open balances, and many more. Individual access can be extended to as many employees at the customer’s location as approved by management.

Anywhere, Anytime. RelaDyne’s online ordering portal is available 24/7 on computers and mobile devices, including tablets and smartphones. It allows for streamlined, device-friendly order entry anywhere in the world where an internet connection is available.

Quick and Easy Ordering. Customers can create an order from their past purchasing history or enter orders using their own part numbers or product codes with a simple setup.  Customers can annotate an order with any required information, such as ship date, purchase order number, specific ship-to location, or special instructions.

Pay Online Coming Soon. Customers will soon be able to pay for their orders directly online and receive immediate notifications of any account activities.
