Chief Executive Officer

Eric Royse became Chief Executive Officer of RelaDyne in February 2025, bringing a proven record of success in sales, operations, and change management. Known for building high-performing teams and leading cultural transformations, Eric is passionate about developing talent and delivering results. At RelaDyne, he is focused on integrating business units, uniting company cultures, and leveraging the organization’s collective strength to drive growth and customer value.

A native of Ohio, and lifelong Buckeye fan, Eric also considers himself a “Texan by choice” after many years of working in the Lone Star State.  This marries perfectly with RelaDyne as Eric has his main office at our largest facility in Houston and a satellite office in Cincinnati area.  Outside of work, Eric enjoys fitness, golf, reading, music, movies, and anything outdoors. He credits his family as his greatest source of support and inspiration, especially his wife Teather, whom he calls “our steadfast leader at home.”

Eric’s leadership philosophy centers on teamwork, customer care, and a shared will to win. Drawing on his experience guiding branch-based businesses through hypergrowth – via acquisitions, product and service expansion, and operational efficiency – he is committed to positioning RelaDyne as the industry’s acquirer of choice and a disruptive market force. His vision is to drive geographic and capability expansion, unlock new opportunities, and create lasting value for customers, suppliers, and employees through decisive action and responsible financial management.
