Chief Digital, Tech and Integration Officer

Ken Piddington joined RelaDyne in October 2024 as Chief Digital and Information Officer and later expanded his responsibilities to include Integration Management and RelaDyne’s ESG strategy, leading to his current role as Chief Digital, Technology & Integration Officer.

Ken brings a distinguished record of technology leadership and business transformation. He has held CIO roles at several leading energy and logistics companies, where he drove significant revenue growth, operational efficiency, and innovative digital solutions that modernized complex operations.

An active voice in the technology community, Ken serves on the board of directors for the Quest Oracle User Community, is a board member of the Friends of Energy Institute, and is a faculty member with IANS Research, mentoring future technology leaders.

Ken’s achievements have earned numerous accolades, including the Houston CIO of the Year Orbie Award (2022), Computerworld Premier 100 Technology Leader, CIO 100 Award, and recognition as an InformationWeek 500 Top Technology Innovator. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and is featured in leading business and technology publications.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Management & Leadership from Northeastern University and attended Graceland College.
