Chief Human Resources Officer

Leigh Dobbs joined RelaDyne in July 2026 as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she leads the Human Resources function with a focus on strengthening RelaDyne’s HR organization, supporting associates and leaders, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and advancing programs across talent management, leadership development, total rewards, associate engagement, workforce planning, labor relations, benefits, HR systems, and HR-related risk and compliance.

A seasoned HR executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience, Leigh has supported large, distributed organizations through growth, change, integration, and operational transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Gypsum Management & Supply, Inc. (GMS), a publicly traded national distribution company with more than 300 locations and 7,000 employees. In this role, she helped guide the HR function through the company’s acquisition and integration into SRS Distribution and The Home Depot, while supporting improvements across HR structure, processes, systems, and associate programs.

Earlier in her career, Leigh served as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Zenith American Solutions and held progressive HR leadership roles at Randstad North America and BlueLinx Corporation. Throughout these roles, she gained deep experience in employee support, leadership development, compensation, benefits, HR systems, labor relations, risk and compliance, and building scalable HR processes that help organizations operate more effectively.

Leigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Her background in engineering and business gives her a practical, process-focused approach to improving how teams work, supporting leaders, and helping organizations grow.
