Mike Cooper joined RelaDyne in August 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the automotive and retail industries, Mike has built a strong record of driving growth, elevating customer relationships, and advancing operational excellence.

Before joining RelaDyne, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Professional Sales at Advance Auto Parts. His career includes a range of commercial and operational leadership roles, from early management of Tire & Lube Express operations to serving as President of Red River Speedway. Across these positions, he has consistently developed high-performing teams and delivered measurable results.
