Mike Sinicropi

Chief Operating Officer

Mike Sinicropi joined RelaDyne in September 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the industrial gases industry with both Praxair (now Linde) and Matheson.

A proven project leader and problem solver, Mike is recognized for delivering results in complex and challenging environments. He has built a successful international career spanning business development, sales, project management, general management, operations, and technology development. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Mike excels at driving change while fostering growth, improving profitability, and achieving world-class safety outcomes. He is an expert in leading diverse teams and defining, proposing, selling, and executing projects on a global scale.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Undergraduate Certificate in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. He is also the holder of four U.S. patents.
