Pramod Raju

Chief Financial Officer

Pramod Raju joined RelaDyne in September 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across private equity–backed companies, investment banking, investment management, and public accounting. He is a seasoned financial and operational leader with a strong track record of driving results.

Before joining RelaDyne, Pramod served as CFO of American Trailer World Corp., a Bain Capital portfolio company and the largest U.S. manufacturer and retailer of trailers and truck equipment. He also held senior finance roles at PPD, a multibillion-dollar clinical research organization owned by The Carlyle Group and Hellman & Friedman, and began his career in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley.

Pramod earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
