RelaDyne, one of the nation’s leading providers of lubricants, fuel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), and industrial reliability services, has acquired Richard Oil and Fuel, a full-service oil, lubricant, gasoline and diesel fuel distributor serving Louisiana.
Founded in 1972 in Donaldsonville, Louisiana, Richard Oil and Fuel has since offered a full line of fuels, lubricants and other specialty products across Louisiana. This acquisition will further strengthen RelaDyne’s geographic and customer density in the Southeast region.
