In November 2010, the following companies, each successful in fuel, lubrication supply, distribution, and/or industrial services, joined forces to form RelaDyne. Each of these companies has been recognized as among the country’s best-in-class distributors.

Previously regional businesses, the four companies that comprise RelaDyne now have the geographic reach and resources to supply customers in three distinctive markets –industrial, commercial, and automotive – with an expanded offering of products from a single source. From this strong base, RelaDyne began its acquisition strategy.
Strategically located between existing Houston and Sulphur locations to ideally serve the East Texas market, Derrick Oil was known as the most customer-focused lubricant and fuel supply business in the Golden Triangle of East Texas.
Region’s leading distributor of lubricants, fuel and comprehensive fluid purification and flushing solutions. Expanded RelaDyne’s lubrication services and reliability solutions and grew RelaDyne’s geographic reach into north Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and East Texas.
RelaDyne acquires lubricants and tank wagon fuel businesses from Great Lakes division of Maxum Petroleum, expanding RelaDyne’s density in the greater Chicago marketplace and extending the offering of Reliability Services in the existing Great Lakes region to include fuel and a new line of products and services.
A leader in the turbine and industrial reliability market, Turbo Filtration Corporation significantly increased RelaDyne’s services capacity in terms of both people and equipment. Became part of RelaDyne Reliability Services.
Supplier of industrial, agricultural, over-the-road and construction fuels and lubricants and oilfield services, Fentress Oil geographically expanded RelaDyne’s reach in southern markets in order to better serve existing customers and offer a more complete line of quality products and services to Fentress customers.
An emergency fuel supplier in the Texas markets, a natural addition to RelaDyne’s reliability focused business model. Supplies the fuel to most of the data centers, hospitals, medical facilities, office buildings, and telecommunications infrastructure in San Antonio and Austin. Expanded RelaDyne’s reach into central Texas and further establishes commitment to grow reliability and fueling services.
One of Chicagoland’s largest LTL (Less than Truckload) fuel marketers. Palatine Oil allowed RelaDyne to expand geographic coverage of fuel deliveries to existing business and enhance efficiencies.
Helped to bridge the gap between RelaDyne’s northern and southern markets.
Expanded RelaDyne’s product and service reach into eastern Pennsylvania and southern New York.
Two locations and customer segments of automotive and commercial are perfectly aligned to RelaDyne’s business model. Geographically expanded RelaDyne into northern Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.
An integral part of the RelaDyne platform to further expand the Reliability Services division. Expanded RelaDyne’s service footprint into Canada, Alaska, and the East Coast.
A single-source partner for diesel fuel and commercial propane customers serving the Mid-Atlantic. Similar focus as RediFuel business model of commercial and industrial accounts. Expanded RelaDyne’s RediFuel business model into the urban Philadelphia market.
